4 days left – I am preparing for battle!

I’m super pumped about this Saturday and feel like I’m in really good shape and stronger and more explosive than ever.  My diet has been impeccable for the last 6 weeks or so.  I’m walking right now at about 179lbs and have to be 170lbs for Friday night weigh-ins.   I should have no problem cutting the weight then putting it right back on after I get off the scale.  I’m super hydrating now then will cut my water Thursday night and piss  a good 6lbs out then can easily sweat the last 3-4lbs.

The fight is for a good cause: to raise money for a boy who has cancer and his family.  There are many expensive procedures that his family will have to undergo in order to keep their boy alive.  Many people in my family have died of cancer and it seems like more and more -younger and younger.  Something is very wrong with this -(another topic)…so  I hope that people will come support the event and help at least one boy.

The Blade is very sharp right now ;)   I just absolutely hate losing!!  I have been visualizing a vicious knock out but I just don’t know whether it will be: a round kick, spining back, spining hook kick…or a punch to the chin…so I’ve just be visualizing them all…and training my muscles to land them all…and training not to get tired so I can repetitively attack and counter attack with explosivity.
